Horrible customer service ordered…

Horrible customer service ordered various pieces of furniture and they came broken received a call from someone in higher position accidentally clicked on her and no call back. In addition whatever they bring to your house be prepared for the worst unpacking of life that might just leave you a mess and no furniture. After waiting for a year…

5 replacements later…

I ordered a shelf and subsequently received five replacements - all six times I received a unit it was scratched or damaged in some form. Absolutely awful quality control on the part of CB2. They are by far the worst furniture retailer in terms of quality.

One star because I had to.

One star because I had to.
Ordered a cap beginning of June, it was 40.00 but it looked cute and perfect for my son.
Well 2 months later I emailed them, got the covid delay bull.
But they said it shipped, still hadn't received, messaged them again. Now they said it was delivered, but I never received it. I messaged and told them I hadn't received and asked what mode it was shipped by, of course now I can get no response from them. I guess they have their money so they don't care. Now seeing reviews I doubt it was ever even sent.
Please DO NOT order from this company!

literally nightmare

how come it takes 6month for a credenza to arrive?????

By all means. Don't buy here. 5 months nightmare that won't end

Ordered a set of outdoor furniture. Value around 3000+ USD.
It showed "available" on the website. But it was a lie.
What should have been one single simple order turned into a marathon of ignorance and pure idiotism.
The stuff was not available and took 2 months for the first items to ship!
So far I had 5 deliveries to my house because it seems a 5 year old is manually running their business.
- First time one out of 5 chairs came
- second time the wooden chair bases of half the remaining chairs came
- third time parts of the cushions came
Etc etc.
Every time they delivered parts and pieces of my order and magically while it showed shipped as complete it disappeared along the way. Either they are utterly incompetent at CB2 or their logistics "partner" stole from them every single time. Probably both.
Had hours and hours of emails and phone calls and these customer "support" people at CB2 are flat out lying and not doing anything to acknowledge their $#*!up and the ridiculous process and wait.
Since they rotate constantly you have to repeat your request multiple times before anything happens. They say they did sth and then you wait a week or two and nothing happened. You follow up and some random other person re-starts the entire thing. Excruciating and
Painfully slow. In addtion to the time wasted with "customer support" each single shipment took about 4 weeks because you need to schedule a delivery with fragile pak once they have it in their warehouse. They take their sweet time before they even allow to schedule even though tracking shows they received it days or weeks ago. Then another 1-2 weeks until they actually deliver. Several times they claimed I was not home even though I took the day off to receive the delivery. Then ofc every single time they only showed up with pieces. Another time they flat out rejected delivering at all which triggered another 4 weeks "customer support" marathon. Turned out they stole half of the delivery.
Nerve wrecking. Disrespectful. Utterly Incompetent.
Until today I have not received the full delivery and am still waiting for some seat cushions.
By all means - Stay Away!

So glad I only purchased a hat from these people as it came all shrink wrapped and scrunched. Did not look like the picture. It is cheaply made. I have been offered a 15% refund...what a joke.

everything is always on pre-order and takes months and months to receive and keeps getting delayed but I choose to wait because I do really love the items

Pay attention to the bad reviews. Seriously.

CB2 has brilliant looking products and designs.

You would think that for the premium prices you are asked to pay, the end product and experience would be satisfactory at a bare minimum.

Customer Service is a foreign concept to CB2. They were more than happy to take $4000 from me for a bed and a guest room daybed. It has been 4 months and I have been sleeping on the floor. The bed arrived 3 months in with broken parts. I waited an additional month to receive the replacement parts. To add insult to injury, the delivery people were not careful enough carrying the items into the bedroom and knocked a hole into the wall. I am still waiting for the customer service team to answer for what happened to my wall.

I am still waiting for the daybed to be delivered and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back.

I have called the store, emailed several times, tried online chat and SMS.

If you do purchase something from CB2, just know you are SOL *when* (not *if*) something goes wrong with your order. They are more than happy to charge you a premium and will not lift a finger to help you after they have your money. Good luck.

Horrible service, NOT premium experience

Horrible customer service. Super long wait and inability to resolve an issue. We ordered a product 4 months ago, got delivery scheduled and then waited but no one showed up. After more than an hour on the phone, we were told the product is damaged and after waiting for 2 more hours a supervisor Nancy shows up but not able to do much except offer a refund and a measly discount on future purchase. WHY will I ever buy again from CB2, supposedly a premium company, for such lousy service?

I ordered a dresser almost 1 year ago

I ordered a dresser almost 1 year ago. It was delivered 4 months later without legs. 7 MONTHS LATER I am waiting for a replacement delivery this morning and just got a message that the item is being returned to warehouse because the item is damaged. 🤦🏻‍♀️
Hope I’ll actually get it before my kid heads off to college.
